She showed us 2000 sq homes to 5000+ sq foot homes. She always showed up with a smile on her face and let us figure out what we wanted. My wife and I relocated from IL to CO in mid 2018 and completely lucked out by matching up with Corinna as our agent. Making such a big financial decision from out of state seemed daunting, but Corinna made the process extremely simple. We took two trips out to tour homes and since we had limited days, we wanted to make the most of them. Corinna was able to set up walk-throughs at a moments notice whether it was with her personally, or one of her associates. While we didn't have luck finding something on our first two trips, Corinna had a clear idea of what we were looking for by that point and continued to stay in touch with us when something new came on the market. A few weeks later, Corinna reached out with something she thought we'd like, and she was right! We had to move very quickly, and we were first time home buyers which was scary, but Corinna was very patient with us, explained each step thoroughly, and the entire process couldn't have been smoother. It's now just over a year later, and we could not be happier with where we are. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend working with Corinna! She was a pleasure to work with, put zero pressure on us whatsoever and we truly felt more comfortable having her on our side throughout the process.

We hired Corinna to find a new condominium for a beneficiary of a trust (I am a co-trustee) and sell her existing condominium. The budget was very tight and the dynamics complex. Corinna was extraordinarily patient and worked hard with the beneficiary, who had never been through the buying/sales process before. She drove all over the Denver Metro Area with the beneficiary to try to find something in budget that was safe, stable and well kept. Several offers were made, and we were outbid each time. Corinna initially made a great recommendation, which was rejected by the beneficiary. After much work, the beneficiary saw the wisdom of Corinna's recommendation and bought a condo in the recommended development. And loves it. Selling the existing condo was also a big challenge. There were financing challenges, the condo was in rough shape and in a development that was in transition. Corinna's expertise was invaluable to me and the co-trustee and thanks to Corinna's hard work, it was eventually sold successfully. I have never seen a realtor who cares more about her clients and who works harder for them than Corinna. There is a special place in heaven for her. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Every listing she has handled for us sold quickly and for a return that we were more than satisfied with. There are so many great things that my wife and I could say about Corinna from first contact to now (a year after closing). First off, we worked with several other realtors before meeting Corinna and no one made us feel more cared for and like we mattered, more than she did. She's the type of person that is so kind but also sticks up for you if she feels like someone is trying to take advantage of you.
It was our first time buying a home and throughout the buying process she was very knowledgable and took the time to make sure we understood all the steps. We probably looked at 15 houses before finding the one that was perfect for us and Corinna was patient and never pushy. She gave us excellent negotiation advice (contingencies, personal letter, etc.) when we were ready to make an offer. I can't imagine being that confident and comfortable going through that process without her.
To this day, Corinna is still in contact with us. Recently something came up with the house that involved the previous owners. It's been a bit of a mess but Corinna has been very helpful in getting it all sorted out.
